A: Currently, our portal is not equipped to handle medical records or lab results. The information required for our services is gathered through the medical intake form.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Our physicians are available exclusively through our messaging portal. No need to schedule an appointment.

Q: How do I change my dose?

A: We will send you a followup form that makes it easy to adjust your dose or you can request a change in your portal dashboard.

Q: Should I have my levels checked before I take this?

A: Testing isn't necessary with our product and our doctors don’t currently review labs. However, we offer hormone coaching if you’l like to review labs.

Q: When will my order ship out?

A: Once approved, your order should ship from the pharmacy within 1-4 days.

Q: When will I get my next shipment?

A: If you opted for monthly shipments, you will receive your order monthly. If you opted for quarterly shipping, you will receive your order quarterly. A check-in form will be sent after 2 months or after 6 months depending on your purchase.
